Former city worker on ‘do not rehire’ list finds loophole in system

He was forced to resign by the city of Chicago and barred from ever working for the city again. Yet Brian Garner may still wind up back on the city’s payroll as an alderman. FOX 32’s investigative reporter Dane Placko reports Garner is taking advantage of a loophole in the city’s do-not-rehire list.
“Being alderman is my dream job,” Garner said.
