Roskam leads the fundraising game with $577,106 raised last quarter, but Sean Casten made a considerable showing with $336,694. Casten contributed $250,000 to his own campaign during that time period, accounting for 74% of his total funds raised. Mazeski raised $266,677, but sourced $101,000 of her contributions from self-funding. Roskam raised 71% more than Casten, and 116% more than Mazeski last quarter. A significant portion of Roskam’s fundraising, $282,000, came from other political committees, accounting for 49% of his fundraising. On the other hand, PAC money accounted for only 3% of Mazeski’s fundraising.
